General Overview
Homestead Hills Homeowners Association is located in Thornton, Colorado at Colorado Blvd. & E. 136th Ave. to E. 140th Ave. The Association consists of 272 single family homes and was established in 1985. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

City Park
Right next to the community is “Homestead Hills Park” which is owned and maintained by the city. It sure feels like it is part of the community though and is open for use by all residents. This amenity is a wonderful place to enjoy friends, have lunch, or even host full-blown social gatherings outside.
